But no....this is a theory put forth on one of the POI facebook sites.
It actually pulls together bits and pieces of information about S2 and other theories that have been bandied about.
Here's how it goes:
--Finch made specific comments that while Root got into his system, the Machine was not compromised.
--The director, Jon Cassar: (Jon Cassar@joncassar Jul 18 - Followers I need some help 4 my next project. Looking for some pictures of a library in any small town in Texas. Post them if you have em.)
--There is a call for women to portray a young woman in Texas flirting with a potential suitor:

--Nathan Ingram was from Texas....and we know from Wills comments to Finch that Ingram was divorced.
--Perhaps a fling by Ingram could have resulted in a child, who is now going after Finch as the one person who can tell her about her father.
--Finch may have been kidnapped because of his involvement with Ingram, rather than his creation of the Machine.
--Reese is either looking for or protecting the mother from Root.
--Episode 2 is entitled Bad Code. A murderous child could be called a bad seed (bad code).
Sounds like a reasonable theory to me!

Yeah, I'll buy that he was precocious, but ... OTOH, if if they make the character 32, then he might have been 18 ... I dunno. I think the whole Texas library thing is probably about Will's birth (when Ingram was 22-ish), not hers.
